We have a dedicated team to help with the issue resolution for our clients. We adhere to highest service level agreement (SLA) industry standards. We have our own customer complaint management system which allows clients to log and monitor the issues throughout the life cycle.

AMC Types

In this type of AMC you will get full support for one year.
Techno ERP will support for the current customization and configuration.
From client site coordinator will email the issue on our support mail id with screen shot and additional details.
Support will be provided through Team viewer access/Telephonic and if required a visit.
Every month there will be one visit to client place depending on the clients and our availability on mutual consent
The best time for Query resolution will be 3-4 hours after a ticket is raised.
